Please do not send any items to us without initiating a return request. If you return an item without initiating a request and the item gets lost during transit, Shop Zeal will not be responsible and we will not refund your account.
To correctly return an item please email us at email@example.com. State your name and order number and let us know you would like to return an item. Please ensure that the name on the returned package is the same as the order. Once we have the item in our possession we will notify you and a refund will be issued to your account.
